Return Policy & Return Instructions

We are very sorry if there is a problem, but in the event of a defect, you may only return an unused product with complete packaging. We do not accept returns of used products under any circumstances. You must send it back by UPS, FedEx or Registered Mail (USPS delivery confirmation is not considered to be trackable).

Please contact us for a Return Authorization code number before shipping. We will issue you a credit after the return has been received based on the condition the product is in. Unless you direct otherwise, the item will be replaced, but you have the option of receiving a credit.
